Welcome to Peasant's Progress, (formerly the Interregnum game). This is a Web-based game patterned on the single-player adventures which I learned to love in Chaosium's old SoloQuest books.
Play the game by making choices which lead to various options. Of course, those with a "back" function in their browers can always cheat and do a retake after dying; but if you do, be fair! Keep a tally of your deaths as your score. :-)
It isn't necessary to view the images to play the game; text-based browsers will work just fine. Though I hope that the images do enhance the game.
